World Finance Crisis Seen From a Spiritual Angle
While writing this article in October 2008, panic and fear are extending all over the world since the global finance structure is close to collapse. Is this the Judgment Day or will the world economy recover? I will bring you some thoughts from a Spiritual Life Coach’s point of view.
Nothing so serious has happened in the global economy since the Depression in 1929 when several rich and mighty people committed suicide as their fortunes disappeared.
Such crashes happens now and then, as you can see looking back in history. The structure of the financial foundation keeps moving in well known and well researched wave patterns which are exploit by skilled traders who profits during both good and bad times. You can see this pattern as a breathing rhythm of the world economy.
As an expert in the Law Of Attraction and as Spiritual Life Coach, I look at the world’s economic pulse and see a mirror of the way most people breathe. The connection between each and every persons breath and the breathing in the financial system is obvious. The financial state of health is ruled and attracted from the collective breathing pulse of humanity.
A person who is living in a stressful mood, breathes short and shallow. Eventually he/she will only manage out breathing with great difficulty. More and more people adopt this phenomena these days and the same thing has happened to our world’s economic situation.
In order to heal the disturbed balance which has developed, a crisis is taken place. It occurs only in order to show how to re-connect to a harmonious breathing, within the financial structure as well as within each and every human being. As soon as people start to adopt a calm and peaceful breathing rhythm, the world economy will follow as a direct mirror of the humanity’s state of mind.
In order to help the soul of the World Economy to get back to a harmonious and vital breathing pulse, investigate your own breathing pulse. In my opinion, the world wide disturbed financial structure will benefit from each and every person who calm down and improve their own breathing capacity. This is how the Law Of Attraction is active in a wider perspective than we usually think of.
By practicing the following breathing exercise regularly, you will establish a calm and peaceful mind:
1. Count four seconds while you breathe in.
2. Count twelve seconds while you hold your breath.
3. Count eight seconds while you breathe out.
Do this at least ten times directly after each other three times every day.
If you find it hard to perform, you are probably in a stressful mood and will benefit a lot by daily practice.
Please hold in mind, that every one of us that develop a calm and peaceful breathing rhythm will reflect back this state of mind to the whole financial structure of the world.
