5 Tips For Panic Attcks - Cure Yourself Naturally!

If you want to get your panic attacks under control, practice the 5 tips that I’m going to discuss here. I’m damn sure that these tips will work guarantee because they dispel the underlying causes.

1. Know Your Inner Self-Talk

Most people don’t know that they have ‘inner voice’ in thier mind. The self-talk or inner voice is like a running commentary. The rushing negative thoughts harm your body and mind. They will do potential damage by causing anxiety and panic attacks.

Whenever you feel stress, your mind goes on talking. This is called self-talk. You need to observe that ’self-talk or inner voice’ in your head.

Don’t interfere with the voice nor cut it off. Just be neutral and listen to it as if some one was talking to you. This is a wonderful way of evacuating negative thoughts which create disorder.

If you are a careful listener, you will find most of your ‘inner voice’ is illogical and illusion. The moment you discover it, you will have great relief. So being vigilant and observing your own self plays the vital role in curing panic attacks.

2. Be Optimistic

Examine your self-talk and try to be optimistic (if you can’t stand neutral and bear the pain). Whenever your mind suggests a negative thought or emotion, ask yourself if you are jumping to negative conclusions. Try to find positive dimensions to look at the situation.

Replace your negative thinking with motivating and confidence building positive thoughts.

3. Focus On Breathing

Whenever you feel anxiety and panic attack, turn your focus immediately onto your breathing. You have to breathe at slow pace. Shallow breathing increases anxiety or panic attacks.

So ‘diaphragm breathing’ will help you a lot. It’s the natural way to breathe. Learn and practice it daily to fight panic attacks.

4. Learn To Relax

Practice relaxation techniques. For example, Jacobson progressive relaxation technique, meditation and self-hypnosis. These will provide you perfect relaxation. And you can also do certain yoga postures like ‘corpse pose’ for instant relaxation.

5. Change Life-Style

Lifestyle changes are compulsory. You have to avoid foods and beverages which aggravate anxiety and panic attacks. For example, don’t take sugary carbs, alcohol, tea and coffee.
